Error 0xc0000142 occurs when I try to launch 4K YouTube to MP3

Each and every time I try to open 4K YouTube to MP3 it gives me this error code.

I don't know how to resolve this and the 4K devs don't seem to care about this at all.

I didn't spend money on this service so then I can't use it, please fix it ASAP.
