Since Friday the download of pictures for hashtags doesn't work anymore. Any ideas why or what to do?

The download of pictures with a hashtag has always worked but since Friday it doesn't work anymore. The 'circle' is turning and turning and turning but nothing happens. If you want to pause there's no reaction anymore either. Is this a technical problem that can be fixed, or what can I do?
