Now 4K won't download from YouTube. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me here?

I was VERY upset to find that I could no longer download from DailyMotion but today, I'm even more so because i found out that now I can't even download from YouTube! Is there glitches with 4K now or should i just find another downloader to use? Because if I can't download from something as simple as YouTube then I don't need to have it at all.
