a function to download the playlists of an channel

you should add a function to choose if the playlists of an channel should be downloaded in subfolders, mostly because of lets play channels, which have playlists for each project/game
also i would recommend to choose if the counting is going on on the other videos as if nothing is or if they are counted as if the playlist videos were "deleted", and i recommend to choose, if there should be counting in the playlists (maybe its obvious if you choose to count on the other videos
