fix the problem, please!

No more video download from YouTube
They do not allow any download using their store.
When I try to use other app to download a video clip, I get:
YouTube policy does not allow
downloading videos directly from YouTube
Try to find this video on another site
Please do not rate us bad because of that Thank you for understanding!
I have tried various apps: none of them work! Even few chrome clone browsers with built in video download have problem.
When using 4K Video Downloader I get t all the time the same response. Regardless which video clip I want to download!
