Can not install 4.4.10 4K video downloader,my computer tells me there is something wrong with the file!

Can not install 4.4.10 4K video downloader,my computer tells me there is something wrong with the file!
Prior to this the last two updates have required me to delete 4K video downloader and reinstall the whole thing, I cant get past choosing to install or not or to be remindend later,that window gets stuck on top of everything.
Should I make another choice? I have windows 8.1
