I just downloaded the newest version and the top of the window is off the screen and I can't get it on screen.

The former version of the program had its User Interface (UI) window totally on screen. After I updated to the new version, the top of the UI window was off the top of the screen. The top half of the menu bar and all that is above it is off screen. Can you tell me how I can get the entire menu bar and all of the UI that is above it on screen.
