Automatic Playlist Sync

It would be great if we could enter playlists to be watched by the Downloader programs and whenever new videos are added to the playlist, it will automatically download them according to the settings (location on drive, format, etc) we enter for the playlist. That way we always have a backup of our playlists. It could be that a manual refresh is needed, so the program will automatically look at all your selected playlists and find the new additions when you hit this refresh button and only then download the new ones.
