add some more video quality options in Smart Mode

In my ipad, 4k 60p videos do not play very well. So I always download 4k or 2k 60p videos.

And to download 4k or 2k 60p videos, I can't use smart mode because it only has options which are original or lower than 1080p qualities.

So I want Smart mode to support video quality options like 4k or 2k 60p or etc...

And if possible, please add one more this function; Please add Priority function.

If a video supports 60p, I usually want 2k 60p, rather than 4k with 30p. And if a video doesn't support 30p, I like to download 4k video.

So If I set a default quality as 4k, I probably download 4k video, not 2k 60p video when the video supports 60p.

And if I set a default quality as 2k 60p, I probably download 2k video, not 4k when the video doesn't support 60p

So in this case, if the video quilality options support multiple choice options, and if I set the video quality options like 2k 60p and 4k, if the video support 2k 60p, Smart mode will download 2k 60p video, and if the video doesn't support 60p, than it will download the second option; 4k video.

So I want I can make the list of the priority of video quality options in Smart mode. Thanks
