Installation error 4.4.7

When installing version 4.4.7 the installer gives the error "cannot find a temporary file, needed for the installation" and the installation is automatically aborted.
When rolling back to version 4.4.6 it installs without problems. Seems like there is an issue with the installer for version 4.4.7.

This is the complete/correct displayed message "There was an error creating a temporary file that is needed to complete this installation"

Removing program -> Rebooting -> Run Compatibility mode -> Install 4K downloader 4.4.7 did the trick. Problem solved!

"Restricted Folder Acces" (Windows Defender option) is the culprit.
