I am having a problem downloading a video

I'm trying to download this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_gD36rDdo8

The video is 19.1 GB and I'm trying to get the 720p 60fps quality. I noticed whenever it's getting close to finishing, it crashes. 2 attempts and I still couldn't get it. So does that mean the program has a limitation?
