4K Stogram not downloading more than 2071 users folders

i follow over 3k users and it wont download more than 2071 no matter what i do and how many times i ask to follow my users.

instagram reduce how much data people can pull from the Instagram API, shrinking the API limit from 5,000 to 200 calls per user per hour. you probably wont be able to download 3k users anymore...
