Getting message "ERROR CAN'T DOWNLOAD" for every video I try!

As I already said....nothing will download, this has been going on FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. I emailed you a while ago but YOU NEVER RESPONDED!

I suppose I"ll have to spend more money on another program....since you NEVER ANSWER ANYONE.
IONE RESPONSE in the "Community" over FOUR years? That's what you call UNRESPONSIVE.
