not downloading in hd

Hi! I was trying to download this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtaP6u9Wdl4&feature=youtu.be and as stated it is in 4k resolution but the downloader isn't allowing me to download any resolution above 1080p. Is there any fix to this? thanks!
