Youtube video is available for 4K, but 4K downloader only allow me to download up to 2K.

I tried to download 4K resolution video from Youtube but 4K Downloader shows only up to 2K. I used to download 4K video without any problem before, but it doesn't work properly now. I purchased license key so it shouldn't be because of program access limitation or something.. How can I fix this?
