Never Updates

4KStogram just spins like its going to update but nothing ever happens. Even when adding new people to follow, it spins but will not load any public or private photos. Tried to uninstall and re-install multiple times but it still doesn't update photos. The program was working fine before I tried the new software update. Tried using previous versions and it still won't work. I don't think it is completely removing files when I uninstall.
