Same here,

Only some 4k stogram subscriptions will load the rest won't update

I hope they are working on fixing this because many are having the same problem and we are paid customers so at least the product should work!

Agreed! I had to find a solution to 1 problem (bad DLL) on somebody else's feedback here! That just allowed the program to load. It's still not updating though, just sitting there churning away with nothing to show for it. Using the newest version 2.6.9 on Win 7 Pro 64 bit.
