Completely stopped downloading. Spins for literally hours.

Same here. Since updating to High Sierra 10.13.4 (and to 4K Stogram 2.6.11.1557, even though it also happened with prior versions) I hardly get any content.

Content is not updated for days and then, very sporadically, a few pictures are downloaded - but may only five percent of what had been downloaded before. After subscribing to a whole new account not one post has been downloaded for three hours (and counting - I subscribed three hours ago).

Especially when not being able to check Instagram for several days I always considered 4K Stogram to be gold! The situation now is less than ideal and needs to be fixed. Thank you!

Please make sure you are using the latest 2.7.1 version of 4K Stogram. It should be fine.
If it doesn't help, please contact support@4kdownload.com, they will help you asap.
