stopped working. have the paid version. wont update or download photos. rebooted computer. will try uninstall soon

I have the paid version. Downloads are not updating. On loading have to press F5 to get downloads to start, except now they won't start. When closing program it says "updates are still processing" which they are not. Tried rebooting computer- fixes nothing. Will try last resort of uninstall and re-installing.
I do have the latest version.

Same to me. Does only say updating, but no news will be downloaded.

Me too, nothing downloaded in the last two days.

Something must have changed at Instagram.

I wonder if it matters how many accounts you are subscribed to?

Same here, have it on two computers; one with only like 5 subscribed accounts and another with like 100 but both won't download for last 24 hours or so. Tried uninstalling/reinstalling etc but no luck on either.

I could download photos from private accounts, well it was one in total, but it showed that it has finished downloading. Whereas for the public ones, it's processing for hours without any new updates.

I have the same issue - whether I deleted it down to 2 subs, to 1, I tried a restart, a repair, uninstalling and reinstalling, even tried downgrading to the old version and still does not work.

I am also have a paid version and Stogram 4K is not longer downloading items from instagram - can someone from 4Kdownload please acknowledge that they know about this problem and please provide an update?

Same here, only I restarted the program and did it 1 at a time which seemed to be working. But then it stopped downloading again. Closed it and reopened and even selecting only 1, it just sits there like it's downloading something but never completes and warns it's updating when I close it.

It still is not working. It keeps stopping immediately and will download a 1080P YouTube video. Even if you choose force it will keep stopping right away and you cannot download the video you are trying to download. Please help.
