Change time of the video

I think 4K Video Downloader good, but it would be better if you will add a function, which can change time of video. For example i want to download a song, but music starts at 0:13 and ends at 3:45 (in video which ends at 4:00). So I don't want to have all recording, cause i don't want to listen pause in this video. This function would help me download a music track from 0:13 to 3:45, not from 0:00 to 4:00.
