cant play 4k videos

The 4k videos downloaded in .mkv cant be played please fix that i used this program just to have 4k video in .mp4 now this program is useless if it cant download correctly 4k videos i tried to play this mkv 4k video with Cyberlink Power DVD 12 aand with the Video Windows app
