Crashing version 4.4.4.msi of 4k video downloader

I'm using the 4.4.4 windows version of 4k video downloader. But the problem is the app is crashing within every 10 to 15 minutes. And then I've to download all of my downloads again from the beggining.
pls solve the problem as soon as possible.
