Most of the files it makes on my hard drive have 0 kb.

Most of the files that it downloads onto my hard drive have 0 kb - zero kilobyptes. Why is this happening? I am trying to download a large playlist >500 files. I just downloaded a greatest hits list that was much bigger in kb but only 32 files. No problem with that.
