4k stogram able to load pictures from folders instead of redownloading everything

I reinstalled 4k stogram and when i added my subscription list, instead of just loading everything from the folder it redownloaded everything. it would be so much better if it just loaded all the content from the folders if someone was to reinstall 4k stogram.
