After launching and immidiate openning "insert link" dialog I'm finding the app is being blocked by "Update to new ver." dilog, because both windows are focus blocking. Kill in task manager and restart required.

Yes, it's uncomfortable a bit, but no need to kill via task manager - simply click on window with download's variants, choose an options and then you'll get focus on "Update to new ver." dialog.
