My Pc ain't able to "find" my mp3 files, The file i dedicated to my playlist's downloading is ful of blank files with all the titles but i'm not able to play them. Please help

My Pc ain't able to "find" my mp3 files, The file i dedicated to my playlist's downloading is ful of blank files with all the titles but i'm not able to play them. Please help.
I tried to download a playlist of 2000 ( fewer) songs and i can't play them once in the specific file i created
