I paid via PayPal, but I didn't get activate code

I bought 4K downloder via paypal

I sent 9.95 via PayPal.

But I didn't get E-mail included activate Code.
(I also checked My spam mail box)

I'd like to get activate code.
And I sent E-mail to you but I didn't get any reply.
