Add id3-tag function

4K Video to MP3:
When converting to MP3 set at least simply the filename as the id3-title-tag.
If maybe more advanced split the file name into title-author-album tags or make
it even configurable e.g.author-title-album or title_author_album or title only or or.
But for simplicity set at least the id3-title tag.
