why i cannot download the Greek subtitles ?

Hi i would like to download a video from youtube with Greek subtitles but it seems that you don't have this choice. the choices you had for downloading the video in the subtitles area were Deutsche - auto translate, Russian , french etc. , Now my question is : is there a possibility to have the choice of Greek subtitles as well?
