add start&end time video download

If i paste a video link, so i can select at which time the video download need to be end.

example:

XYZ Video (3:00 minutes video)

i only want 2:30 minutes from this video. Or i want the first lets say 10 second not so i select:

start: 00:10
end: 2:30

some other downloader supports this.

I hope this site too because i love this :)!
