16 khz

it is possible to download "youtube to mp3" in higher quality. When i use option "high" or "original" i always get audio limited to 16khz. When i download the same "youtube file" from other service example: dirpy or vubey i get audio limited to 20khz. Yours aplication is great but I wonder why there are limitations to these 16khz.
