While downloading the data from instagram, it should use a scheduler to downloan stuff. Say I have to downloan data for 5000 users, then it shoudl attempt to downloan the user ids (which would take a minute or so, with the right scripts) then downloa

While downloading the data from instagram, it should use a scheduler to downloan stuff. Say I have to downloan data for 5000 users, then it shoudl attempt to downloan the user ids (which would take a minute or so, with the right scripts) then downloan data for 5-10 users at a time. Once the data is donloaded from a user, it can move on to next. The number of users can be set up by us manually.
