BBB Restart, recovery, import Serious problems

When ever the programs is restart when there are downloads in progress it forgets that there were play-lists.
This causes ALL unfinished files to be put in the default directory - a complete redo in many cases.
I have many 0 byte files and duplicate (2) (3) files that clutter up my directories

Please expand the reason for why a file can not be downloaded.
