Pause all should pause all videos including those it is still fetching. fetch videos and pause them before they start downloading

when you pause all it does not pause all videos in fact it only pauses the current ones it is downloading then it continues to download the rest that it has not yet fetched. this is extremly annoying when you have a lot of downloads and need to consistantly pause them after they are fetched.

pause all should pause all videos currently downloading and the ones that are in que of being fetched.
