4k 60fps

Currently the maximum resolution 60fps video you can download is 1080p, I would like to download 2160p (4K) videos at 60fps.

YouTube constantly throttles my connection between 2160p and 1080p even though my internet is capable at 150Mbs.

I just want to download the best quality even it takes longer to download than play just so I can stream it to my tv in full quality.
