Unable to register

I don't know of any other way to report this problem.
I am unable to register as when I click on what I think is the 'OK' or 'REGISTER' button, I am informed that I have entered a wrong CAPTCHA code...

Something is wrong with the register page.
Can someone please look into it as I would like to register.
