Why am I being asked to "get a license key" when I'm trying to download all of the instagram photos from one hashtag I have? This is a service I have to pay for to cull more than one hashtag?

I was able to pull all of my photos from #ronandyr1, but I have other hostages I want to use such as #365daysdeclanyr3 #365dayskellenyr3 and when I try to search for these hashtags I'm being asked to "get a license key". Why?
