For some reason the software stopped working. It gets stuck while trying to launch. Task manager shows the processs running and using 25% of cpu. Worked fine before. Tried uninstall, reinstall... Nothing works. Help please.

I've used this software for some time. My brother even bought the license for his computer. I'm on the free version. For some reason the software stopped working. It gets stuck while trying to launch. No logo or start screen. Task manager shows the processs running and using 25% of cpu. Trying to end the process doesn't work, I have to reboot to 'kill it'. Worked fine before. Tried uninstall, reinstall, older versions... Nothing works. My father has the same problem on his computer. Different computers but same exact symptoms.

Help us please.
