My slideshow cuts off the top portion of some of the photos of couples... so that leaves us to see the body and either one person's face or none... how can I fix this? Thanks.

My slideshow cuts off the top portion of some of the photos of couples... so that leaves us to see the body and either one person's face or none... how can I fix this? I tried removing the Kern effect, but same result.. the photos show only the middle part of the whole thing.. this is apparent issue on couple's or group pictures I have.
