only donwload captions

Hello,
In the last years I have already downloaded previously many youtube videos. I would like that "4K download" check in a folder and its related subfolders if the videos I have already saved locally are still online in youtube (same name and length) and if yes that it downloads them all into only specified new folder of my choice.
