This product sucks. Immediately after I purchased your code, it began to fail. Without exaggeration, it takes me approximately 15 to 20 attempts to download a playlist before it actually works. I am furious with this POS program and wish I had never been sucked into your offer.

Fix this or refund my money.

It is constantly giving me error messages, yet there is no solution given for this nor any troubleshooting due to the POS program immediately shutting down.

I never had this much trouble when it was free.

I expect this complaint to be trashed or printed out and placed on your company's dart board with the others. Do the right thing and fix this.
