Set Download Quality Priority

Let me choose my quality priority/preferences.

Example:
1. 4K
2. 1080p60
3. 1080p
4. 720p60
5. 720p
6. "Original Upload"
7. "Best Available"

1440p should be skipped. for example. p60 have higher priority.
