Add subscriptions but not download all existing files

I tried the new feature of 4K video downloader v4 which is to add channel subscriptions. I love the addition and it will make downloading videos from certain channels infinitely easier... But there is one problem that I'm encountering... The application attempted to download all existing videos from the channels (hundreds of videos). This is not optimal as I've already downloaded (and then watched + deleted) many of those files in the past and I don't need to re-sync a whole channel. It would be nice to add the channel but to only download new videos added AFTER the subscription is added.
