Add preferred language for those dynamic language channels

I am currently in Spain but using my english youtube.com account. I noticed I went to this channel that has many playlists and videos and all the titles are in english. But when I pasted the playlist url in 4K Video Downloader.. it started downloading the videos with spanish titles !!! I don't see spanish titles anywhere on youtube.com but 4K must have decided that since I am in Spain I want to get the Spanish titles which I don't!!
