Heb de gekochte licentiesleutel ingevoerd, maar kan niet als mp3 320 k downloden 128 k is de hoogste bitrate

Heb vandaag de licentiesleutel gekocht en ingevoerd. Dacht dat ik nu op kan slaan in een bitrate van 320 k voor mp3 maar kom niet hoger dan 128 k net zoveel als de ongeregistreerde versie

Video is downloading as audio only

I'm trying to download a video. When it's done, there's no video image, and all I have is the audio. I tried to re-download at least three times, and it always happens. WHY?
