My downloading has failed. It was working perfectly then suddenly it failed. It continues to error what I try. I have done everything suggested in troubleshooting and nothing is working. I paid for this subscription and I need it to work! rhinomann1@

Il Download non si avvia, per qualsiasi utente

Vi avevo già contattato, per il medesimo problema. Ovvero, anche se ho scaricato l'ultima versione, non mi permette di scaricare nulla, nessun tipo di foto da qualsiasi utente. L'attuale versione è 2.8.2.200 x64, su Win10.

Sound quality: how come there is no option of high quality sound (320kb) anymore? It says original, but it's 128kb and it does not sound as good as the original at all.

It used to be option of downloading 320kb sound quality out of video which worked great and suddenly it's gone making extracted audio sound very poor.
