how do i download original translations, not auto generated ones?

we created a custom translation in chinese of a video. when i download the chinese subtitles do not come down, even though i've specified chinese. i see options for auto translate, but nothing for our new translation. this is why i spent $15 for...

Your app simply does not work on my Apple with the latest Mac OS. When I click on paste it simply tells me it's parsing and goes into lockdown mode. Waste of money.

Show status with different colors

To see at the glance the queueing state, it would be helpful to have three different color for the text (videos names): one for queued files (not started yet), one for files that are currently in dowload and one for completely downloaded files.
