Sir/Madam, "error Downloading" I can no longer download YouTube videos. Please advice.

Sir/Madam, Am a subscriber of 4K Video Downloader for about 6 months ago. Now whenever downloading Youtube videos "Error Downloading" appears everytime, unable to download any videos. Please advice.

mkv no audio on some videos

This video as of December 11th 2018 4.27PM EST http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LPY4u9Gx-xM do not have audio attached when dowinloading MKV. It would be nice to have 4k + audio merge automatically, otherwise I would just go use youtube-dl

I'm logged on 4K Stogram in my Instagram account and it keeps me warning about my friends who have their private accounts: "Can't download posts because the account is private". How come? I'm logged in! Please help me! How can I fix that? It was perf

Can't download my friend's Instagram (even logged in 4k) because their Instagram accounts are private.

4K Video Downloader - add an option for "Download From (00:00:00) or Beginning" and "Download To (hh:mm:ss) or End of Video --- this would allow cutting an advertisement, etc. at the beginning of the video before the convert/download - this option c

I can't download 4k videos from the subscriptions. I have original selected but still got the 1080p version.

The video at the below link is available up to 2160p. I have the Subscriptions settings at Original (the highest value I can select). Yet the downloaded file was only 1080p! Why is this product named 4k Video Downloader if I can't download 4k...

Can't download 4K videos as MP4 and MKV videos missing audio

So I can't download a 4K video as mp4 since the highest resolution goes up to 1080P. If I try to download it as an MKV file, the video is downloaded in the correct resolution and FPS, but the audio is missing. Could you please fix this?

I don't mind paying for the upgrade to the better 4K version, but if the sound doesn't work and I don't have anyone to talk to about this, why keep the software?

See above. The 4K website is clunky and not much to mention for user friendly effectiveness.
