Fix the broken 4K Downloader Ver 44.10.2342 running Win10 Pro

4K Video Downloader Ver 4.4.10.2342 is broke and won't work on You Tube. Running Win 10Pro with all latest updates. Worked with previous version of 4K Downloader so it's not my PC.

Have paid for subscription. all works well until hit download button. nothing downloads. Had same problem with free version. Interesting that you show 7027 similar entries. There doesn't seem to be any way to talk to you in person, or get any help. R

Have a way to communicate with your subscribers.There is no way to correct simple problem. You seem to have a good product why won't you help your customers???? We don't need simplistic answers like I have been banned by Utube. I have NEVER been...

Add option to extract audio for videos downloaded in 4k video downloader

If you've downloaded several videos on 4k Video Downloader, and then decide you want to download the audio for those same videos, as far as I can tell the only way to do it is to copy and paste each video url and select the "extract audio" option...

Subscriptions in "Original" Quality won't download the high FPS versions :(

I have the Paid version of 4k downloader and when my subscriptions download they won't download in the high FPS version for some reason. Please help.

Once in a while it works, on many days it doesn't. This has been ongoing for many months now. I regret having paid for the software, I bought soemthing useless.
