My 4K Video Downloader can not download in 4k (2106p) - not selectable as an option.

My 4K Video Downloader can not download in 4k (2106p) - not selectable as an option. (smart mode/manual mode options only go up to 108p resolution) I can't figure out if I need the PAID version of 4K Video Downloader for 4K and 8K...

This doesn't work for some reason: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qatmJtIJAPw Says it can't parse. :S I just Updated from 4.1 to the new 4.4 & it's still got the problem.

Program fails to parse the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qatmJtIJAPw Please figure out why & let me know. Also, if fixable, it'd be great for your program to work on ALL Youtube vids. :)

Youtube video is available for 4K, but 4K downloader only allow me to download up to 2K.

I tried to download 4K resolution video from Youtube but 4K Downloader shows only up to 2K. I used to download 4K video without any problem before, but it doesn't work properly now. I purchased license key so it shouldn't be because of program...

Can you add a feature to NOT download the artwork?

I would like to avoid downloading the artwork for songs since they are usually just dumb pictures and make the .mp3 file larger.

Unable to download 4k in .mp4 format

After a recent update, I am unable to download 4K videos in .mp4 format using the app. The app is only supporting 4K video download in .webm format! PLEASE FIX!

The video downloader did not download the whole video just part of it. It did not work

The video downloader just did not work, I only got part of one vidoe (first 1 minute) and only the first 30 of the other I had 7 threads I am not sure if that had anyting to do with it.

actual the srt - files are deleted after closed download. I must copy and safe the srt -file before closing the full download of a clip

Dear 4K The srt -files are automatically deletet with closing the download by the program. A few seconds before deleting i can see the srt - file in the download folder. Can you help? Sincerely Wolfram Hagel
